MOVING OUT POLICIES
30 Day Notice:
Vendors do not automatically move out at the end of their commitment term. Even on a month-to-month basis, a 30-day notice is required.
All vendors must submit a 30-day notice if they wish to move out after their commitment term ends.
Notice must be submitted via email; verbal communication or social media messages are not acceptable.
Failing to submit a 30-day notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Moving Out:
When moving out, the flooring must remain as is. Removing or ripping up the flooring you installed will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Painted walls and wallpaper must also stay as they are upon move-out.
If you’d like to leave your furniture behind, please let us know. This is permitted as long as it is agreed upon, and no penalties will apply.
If a vendor has not moved out by the agreed-upon timeframe, all furniture and products will become the property of Boss Babe Boutique.
Any damages to the space or to furniture owned by Boss Babe Boutique will result in the forfeiture of the vendor’s deposit.
Breaking Your Contract:
To break your contract early, you will need to pay the equivalent of one (1) month’s rent and forfeit your deposit.
Vendors must vacate the space within the current month of providing notice; there is no option to stay an additional month.
The fee for breaking the contract must be paid upfront, or it can be deducted from your payout if approved by management.
All regular move-out terms still apply.
Final Payout & Deposit Return:
Final payouts will be processed according to our regular payout schedule, regardless of individual vendor circumstances.
If you are owed a deposit, it will be paid out separately within 30 days after you have vacated your space. Deposits are issued by physical check and will be mailed to the address listed on your Ricochet seller account.
Any fees owed to Boss Babe Boutique will be deducted from the vendor’s final payout.
Negative Status:
If a vendor's account is in negative status upon move out, Boss Babe Boutique reserves the right to hold the vendor’s products as collateral until the balance is paid in full.
Failure to pay the outstanding balance may result in the vendor being sent to collections, which could negatively impact their credit score.
