UPLOADING PRODUCTS

1.     LOG IN to your seller account using the "VENDOR LOGIN" link found at the bottom of our website.

2.     Click on NEW ITEM in your inventory or products tab.

3.     The 3 most important fields to fill out are the PRODUCT NAME, QUANTITY, and PRICE. All the other fields are not necessary.

4.     CATEGORY – NOT NEEDED

5.     SHORT DESCRIPTION are notes for you and staff to help identify what your product is, the customer will not be able to see this on your tags that we print for you. Can be left blank.

6.     BRAND - NOT NEEDED

7.     SUPPLIER & SUPPLIER PRODUCT ID - NOT NEEDED

8.     CHARGE TAX setting must always remain unchanged. Do NOT toggle it at all, even if you are selling food items. If toggled off, your item will not be taxed, and the tax amount will be deducted from your payout.

9.     PRODUCT NOTES - NOT NEEDED

10. PHOTOS are helpful to staff when identifying your product but are not necessary.

11. PRODUCT VARIANTS  help if you have color options or size options for your products. This should only be used it you have a shirt that is the same style but different sizes for example.

12. PRICE is the price at which you are selling your item to customers. If you are paying a commission, the 10% will be deducted from this amount.

13. QUANTITY is where you will enter the amount of stock available in your boutique space. Keeping this accurate helps with restocking. Please note, Boss Babe staff does not update your inventory. If the quantity is zero, the system will prevent sales of the item. Ensure your inventory is up-to-date.

14. UPC is the identifier we use in our system when scanning the barcode label. It will auto-populate, or you can enter your own UPC if your products already have barcodes. The SKU field cannot be changed but you can enter your own barcode information in the UPC field.

15. IN STOCK DATE - LEAVE BLANK, NOT NEEDED

16. LOW STOCK THRESHOLD LEAVE BLANK, NOT NEEDED

17. COST - LEAVE BLANK, NOT NEEDED

18. DEPARTMENT - NOT NEEDED

19. WEIGHT - LEAVE BLANK, NOT NEEDED

 

DELETING PRODUCTS:

The system doesn’t allow you to delete or zero out a product. To remove it from your inventory, you'll need to select the item from either a desktop or mobile browser (not the app) and use the "Archive" option from the "More" dropdown menu. This will move the item to the archive folder, effectively removing it from your active inventory.
