VENDOR ADVERTISING & PROMOTION POLICY:

Overview:
Boss Babe Boutique has established a monthly marketing budget based on the number of vendors renting space with us. While this budget is minimal, each vendor is expected to actively promote their storefront to enhance visibility and drive sales. This policy has been implemented due to the limited engagement we’ve observed from vendors in promoting their storefronts within Boss Babe.
Promotion Requirements:
Minimum Posts: Vendors must promote their space at least four times per month. Posts must be spread out throughout the month; accumulating posts on a single day is not permitted.
Fee for Non-Compliance: A monthly fee of $20 will be charged if the minimum requirement is not met. This fee will be deducted from your payout or added to your balance at the end of the month. Note: Posting three times will still incur the fee.
Opt-Out Option: If you prefer not to promote your space, you can opt to pay the $20 fee each month.
Purpose of the Fee:
The additional $20 collected from vendors contributes to advertising for the entire store, rather than being retained as extra revenue.
Advertising and Promotion Ideas:
Join Pahrump Facebook Groups: Post about your space, including our address and hours. Tag us in your posts so we can see your efforts!
Use Personal Accounts: Promote from your personal Facebook if you don’t have a business account. Send us a screenshot to confirm your posts.
Create Business Accounts: If you don’t have Facebook or Instagram, consider setting up an account specifically for your storefront to avoid the monthly fee.
Tag Us in Your Posts: Add us in your bios and posts, e.g., “Find me inside @BossBabeMarkets” for Instagram or on Facebook you can check in or just add us, this will make it so we see your posts.
Consider Paid Advertising: A small $5 boost on a post can increase visibility. If you do this, please provide a screenshot for our records. Make sure to boost your post around the storefront and not your home.
Schedule Your Posts: Plan your posts in advance to ensure you meet the monthly requirement without last-minute stress.
Boss Babe Events:
All vendors are required to promote events taking place in the store, as you benefit from the shared space. Even if you’re unable to be present or are attending another event on the same day, it’s required to share information about the happenings here since this is your storefront.
